Our team consists of 14 people. There are two directors, Peter Allen and Sarah Kenny who are supported by twelve professional staff dealing with all aspects of the business.

Peter Allen advises and negotiates on behalf of purchasers buying investment properties. Due to our experience with the rental market, we are able to provide invaluable information on the best type of property purchase to make.

Sarah Kenny is responsible for the administration of rents for all properties and carefully monitors and controls this key area.

Peter Allen has over 20 years experience in all aspects of the residential property field with 15 of these being in the residential rental market in Bristol.

Sarah Kenny came from a background of Personnel. She spent 4 years working for major companies in Bristol. She is therefore very capable at handling company requirements and has a network of colleagues in many of the major companies.
